Warm through race weekend, storms return next week

It looks like the sunny and warm temperatures will continue through the all-important race weekend. Rain chances increase starting on Memorial Day.


Mostly clear skies and low humidity will mean temperatures will be able to drop into the mid 50s overnight. Low near 54.

Special 1

The forecast continues with plenty of sunshine and warm temperatures. Highs in the upper 70s. Temperatures for the 500 Festival Parade will be in the low 70s. Lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Sunday – Indy 500 Forecast:
Sunshine continues but a few clouds will begin to develop during the afternoon. Highs are expected near 80 degrees and humidity will begin to creep up through the day. Lows in the low 60s.


Memorial Day:
Partly cloudy skies are expected for the majority of the day, with high temperatures in the low 80s. A few isolated thunderstorms could be possible in the late afternoon or evening, but the chances remain small. Lows near 65.

Next week:
Partly cloudy skies with afternoon thunderstorms possible. Highs in the low 80s. Overnight lows in the low to mid 60s.
