Storms PoppingJune 18th, 2014 at 2:02 pm by Pamela Gardner under Weather
Storms are popping up across central Indiana. A thunderstorm watch has been issued to our northeast, but none have been issued for central Indiana yet. We will be watching this line of storms to our northwest as it moves our way later this evening. The latest forecast models have this line moving more east than south, and also dissipating early tonight. Another line of storms may form overnight tonight and that one will affect all of central Indiana.
We will continue to feel the heat as muggy temperatures stick around this afternoon. Temperatures have reached the mid to upper 80s and heat indices are in the 90s. Tonight will remain warm with the low temperature around 72.
