Repeated Storm Chances

A stalled front over the state of Indiana will continue to leave us with the chances for scattered rain and thunderstorms over the next several days. Expect the possibility of storms to continue from now through early next week.

Expect scattered storms and rain showers to continue through the overnight. Flooding will be a concern for portions of Indiana this evening as the storms that are developing keep moving over the same area, and dumping quite a bit of rain. Lows will fall to around 70 across the state.


Futurecast Timeline

More scattered storms will be possible throughout the day on Friday. Some of these storms may be strong but an organized threat for severe weather is not expected. Expect a high of 85 in the afternoon.

Saturday & Sunday:

The chances for storms are not as good on Saturday and Sunday as they were on Friday, but they are still in our forecast. Expect isolated storms to be possible for both Saturday and Sunday. A high of 86 is expected on Saturday with a high of 87 on Sunday. Lows will fall in the low 70s.

Early Next Week:


Scattered thunderstorms once again become of larger concern as we start off next week. Temperatures remain warm through Tuesday before a cold front will finally cool us down. Expect a high of 88 Monday and 85 Tuesday with lows still staying around 70.

Late Next Week:


By Wednesday the storms finally come to and end and temperatures cool back below 80. For Wednesday expect highs near 77 across the state and near 78 for Thursday. Temps will increase back above 80 by Friday, with a high of 82.
