* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  MARION COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA...
  SOUTHEASTERN HENDRICKS COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA...
  SOUTHERN HAMILTON COUNTY IN CENTRAL INDIANA...

* UNTIL 730 PM EDT

* AT 332 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE
  WARNED AREA. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED THAN 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN
  HAD FALLEN OVER NORTHWEST MARION COUNTY SINCE 245 PM. WITH
  MORE THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING FROM THE SOUTHWEST...AN
  ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE WARNED AREA
  THROUGH 6 PM.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  INDIANAPOLIS...BEECH GROVE...CARMEL...FISHERS...LAWRENCE...
  PLAINFIELD...SOUTHPORT AND SPEEDWAY.

THIS WARNING INCLUDES INTERSTATE 65 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 105 AND 127.

THIS WARNING INCLUDES INTERSTATE 69 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 200 AND 212.

THIS WARNING INCLUDES INTERSTATE 70 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 63 AND 90.

THIS WARNING INCLUDES INTERSTATE 74 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 67 AND 73.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.
