Pesky Storm Chances For The WeekendJune 27th, 2014 at 6:06 am by Pamela Gardner under Colts Forecast, Weather
This morning is dry with warm temps in the 60s, except for Indy with a temp of 70º. Patchy fog is possible through daybreak, but right now the visibility isn’t an issue. Today’s highs reach the mid to upper 80s with increased humidity. Most of us will be dry again today with a chance for an isolated storm or shower in the late afternoon. Tonight, mostly cloudy with lows in the 60s.
Highs on Saturday will be a tad cooler in the low to mid 80s due to more cloud cover expected and the rain chances. Scattered showers and storms will be off-and-on all afternoon and evening. Same for Sunday, more scattered showers and storms. Highs Sunday reach the mid to upper 80s. Our first 90 degree day looks to be on Monday with a dry day.
This weekend will mark the beginning to some fourth of July festivals. The Fishers Freedom Festival is this Saturday. There is a chance for scattered showers and storms with warm and muggy conditions. Greenwood Freedom Festival is also on Saturday with scattered storms and showers, warm temps and high humidity.
