Stormy Morning, Spotty Storms Later TodayJuly 8th, 2014 at 5:36 am by Ken Brewer under Weather
TODAY: A thunderstorms complex from the west will impact most of central Indiana during the majority of the morning commute. After this complex exits, there will be pop-up shower and thunderstorms later today. A few of those in southern Indiana could be strong or severe with damaging wind and large hail being the biggest threats.
THIS EVENING: Spotty thundershower chances will gradually decrease this evening. Temps will fall in the low 70s.
OVERNIGHT: Expect a quiet, and cooler night with lows in the low to mid 60s.
WEDNESDAY: Overall a quieter day. There is a chance we could see a pop-up thundershower or 2 in the afternoon, but most places will be dry, with highs in the upper 70s.
8-DAY FORECAST: The dry weather will last through Friday. Humidity, heat, and scattered thunderstorms will arrive for the weekend through next Monday. Another batch of cooler air arrives for the middle of next week.
