Temps are in the 50s in all places, but Indy is sitting with 64º. Today’s highs reach the low to mid 80s with mostly sunny skies. Tonight’s lows dip into the lower 60s.
High temps for the weekend will be warmer in the mid to upper 80s on Saturday and Sunday. The humidity increases too. Scattered showers and storms return to the forecast as a cold front moves through.
Scattered showers and storms are possible for Saturday, and the severe weather risk stays in northern Indiana Saturday evening. As the cold front moves south through Indiana overnight, our severe weather risk moves south to include Indy and all parts of the state. Sunday afternoon and evening is when we could get damaging winds, large hail and heavy rainfall.
Showers and storms are still possible on Monday next week with highs in the lower 80s. A major cool-down settles in by Tuesday and Wednesday with lows in the lower 50s and highs in the lower 70s.
