Overview: Weather takes a turn to more summer-like after today as warm and stormy conditions move in. We’re tracking severe weekend storm chances too.
Tonight: Temps tonight drop into the mid 60s. It will be mostly cloudy with chances for isolated thunderstorms overnight tonight and early morning.
Saturday: Saturday will be partly cloudy with scattered thunderstorms throughout the day. There is a slight risk for severe weather for all of Indiana. Risks include damaging winds, hail, heavy rain, flooding, and a spin up tornado is not out of the question. Saturday evening will be the best chance for severe storms as a complex moves through. The timing looks to be between 6pm and midnight.
Sunday: Sunday will be mostly cloudy with scattered thunderstorms throughout the day as well. There is also a slight risk for severe weather for most of Indiana excluding northwest portions. Risks include damaging winds, hail, heavy rain, flooding, and a spin up tornado is not out of the question.
Next Week: Next week starts off with scattered thunderstorms and we will have a short dry spell Tuesday and Wednesday. Temps cool into the 70s for the work week. After Wednesday, our storm chances return.
