Rainy Days Will Lead to More Cool ConditionsAugust 9th, 2014 at 6:30 pm by Pamela Gardner under Colts Forecast, Weather
We will keep scattered showers and storms in our forecast from now through Tuesday, but sunny skies and below normal temps will once again return by the midweek. This afternoon will see some scattered showers while most of the area remains dry. Expect an afternoon high of 82 before we start to cool once again.
The overnight will bring partly cloudy skies, with a few very isolated rain showers. Temperatures will remain mild, as we are expecting an overnight low of 66 here in the city.
Scattered storms will once again be in our forecast Sunday as temps rise into the 80s. Most of these showers should stay in the southern part of the state with our more northern counties staying dry.
Monday & Tuesday:
Scattered storms and showers will stick around through Monday and Tuesday, as temperatures once again start to cool down. Expect a high of 81 on Monday with an even cooler high of 79 by Monday.
Cool temperatures and sunny skies will dominate our mid-week forecast as below-normal temps return. Expect sunny skies from Wednesday through Friday with temperatures staying in the upper 70s Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures again begin to warm by Friday as we can expect to see a high of 82.
Rain and storm chances will once again return next weekend. Temps during this period won’t warm up that much, however, as highs will only be in the lower 80s.
