It was officially the warmest day of the year as highs reached 90 degrees at Indianapolis International Airport. This is the first 90 degree day so far in 2014.
Scattered storms will likely be through the evening and overnight, but most areas should stabilize after midnight. Lows will remain mild in the low 70.
Temperatures again will return to the upper 80s to near 90 degrees. Humidity remains high and could lead to additional afternoon thunderstorms. Lows stay in the low 70s.
Highs again will reach the upper 80s and there won’t be much change in rain chances. Isolated showers and storms will be possible during the afternoon.
Thursday and Friday:
Highs in the upper 80s with isolated thunderstorms possible each day, especially during the afternoon. Lows stay in the 70s.
Highs cool a bit into the mid 80s but rain and storm chances ramp up. Scattered thunderstorms will be likely both days.
Temperatures cool slightly and rain chances take a break for a few days.
