Light Rain For NowAugust 29th, 2014 at 12:11 pm by Pamela Gardner under Weather
Light showers are found all around Marion County and downtown Indianapolis. The showers and sprinkles are moving northeast. A warm front is lifting north through the state and that will help to trigger thunderstorm development late this afternoon. Expect lightning and heavy rain with these storms.
Right now our temperatures vary a lot due to the cloud cover over much of the state. 70s where it’s cloudy and in the 80s to the south where it’s sunny. Temps will be warm (as long as we get some sunshine to break through the clouds) with highs in the upper 80s and humid.
Our holiday weekend will bring off and on rain and storm chances even through Labor Day.
