There are a few clouds now and a few are possible early Saturday. There will also be some sun on Saturday afternoon. If you are running in the Monumental Marathon or volunteering, it will be cool with 8:00 am temperatures in the 40s. Winds will be gusty at times and over 25 mph. Here are the numbers for Saturday.

More sunshine is expected for Sunday and it will not be as windy, as the weekend warm-up continues.

After a cloudy start, there was lots of sunshine this afternoon. Highs were near 60 degrees and temperatures will be even warmer this weekend. Under clear skies, forecast lows are in the 40s.

Saturday will be warm and breezy. Winds will be SW 15-25 mph, so it will feel a bit cooler. Forecast highs are in the 60s.

The weekend warm-up continues into Sunday. It will not be as windy on Sunday and it will be warmer. Forecast highs are near 70 degrees.

The next chance for a few showers is on Tuesday. Have a great weekend.

It took awhile…but the skies are clear now. Expect sunny skies this afternoon, with highs near 60 degrees. It will be a great Hoosier Friday Night for the Sectional Finals of high school football.

If you are participating in the Monumental Marathon on Saturday, here is the start forecast.

It will get breezy and warmer. Forecast highs are in the middle and upper 60s and winds will be SW 10-20mph.

Forecast 8 is tracking a warm-up for Friday and the weekend. It will be a cool start to Friday, with lows in the 30s. It will be a quick rebound into the lower 50s by noon and the upper 50s and lower 60s for highs.

The weather pattern will warm and dry, looking ahead to the weekend. Expect lots of sunshine and highs in the 60s.

Notice the 70 degree warmth to our west on Saturday…some of that warmth moves our way for Sunday. Right now we have 68 degrees in the sunny Sunday forecast, but there will be a few hometowns at 70.

Skies will be mostly sunny, with just a few passing clouds on Friday. Let the warm-up begin…highs will be near 60 degrees on Friday.

Forecast 8 is tracking a warm-up for the weekend. Lots of sunshine is expected Saturday and Sunday.

Notice the highs in the 70s on Sunday across Illinois and Missouri…forecast highs for Central Indiana on Sunday will near that 70 degree mark.

Sunny and cool describes the afternoon weather pattern. Highs will be in the lower and middle 50s this afternoon. Warmer air arrives on Friday and this is just the beginning of a warm-up that will last into the weekend. There are 60s in the 5 day forecast.

Skies will be clear overnight, as temperatures are forecast in the 30s. From that cool start, highs reach the lower and middle 50s. These numbers are close to the average of 56 degrees.

Expect lots of sunshine on Thursday too.

The overall weather pattern will change for the warmer on Friday and the Fall warmth will linger into the weekend.

Notice the 60s out west…it will be that mild here this weekend.

Forecast 8 is tracking a weather pattern change for the end of the week and the weekend. It will be clear and cool tonight, with lows in the 30s. Highs will be a bit cooler than average on Thursday and in the lower 50s.

Expect lots of sunshine on Thursday too. Forecast 8 Futurecast is tracking an area of high pressure that will keep the skies clear.

The overall weather pattern changes as warmer air out west pushes our way for Friday and the weekend. Highs will still be in the 50s on Thursday, but notice the 60s out west…60s are in our forecast for the weekend.

Forecast 8 is tracking a weather system that is now bringing a few showers to Illinois. The concern overnight centers around the chill that is in place locally. A few hometowns are already near freezing. As the moisture crosses into Indiana, there is a the chance for a light rain/snow mix. So don’t be surprised if you see a few flurries early Wednesday.

One the warm front swings through the area, temperatures will go up enough for rain showers. Forecast highs are near 50 degrees.

A dry and warmer weather pattern sets-up for the end of the week. Highs will be back into the 60s by the weekend.

It will be a clear evening across central Indiana. Overnight temperatures will be in the 30s.

The Forecast 8 team is tracking a weak weather system that is now moving through Iowa. It will head our way tonight, so clouds will increase. Right now there is a chance for a few sprinkles or flurries early Wednesday. Forecast 8 will be tracking temperatures and moisture closely.

Skies remain mostly cloudy and a few showers are possible Wednesday afternoon. It will be chilly too, with highs only near 50 degrees.

This weather system will exit Wednesday night and sunshine is back in the forecast for Thursday. It will still be cool, with highs in the lower 50s.

A warm-up is still on tap for the weekend, as highs in the 60s are expected for Saturday and Sunday.
