THIS MORNING: With clearing skies overnight, temperatures dropped down into the mid 20’s. So it will be a bit colder at the bus stop and for your trip into work this morning.

REST OF TODAY: High pressure will continue to build into the state. Milder air from the west will continue to track in our direction. The result should be another day in the low 40’s, with some places hitting the mid 40’s.

TONIGHT: With clear skies, and slightly cool air over us, we should drop into the mid 20’s.

THURSDAY: Milder air will continue to slide into the state. We will actually see near-normal or slightly above normal temperatures in places. Highs will hit the mid 40’s with lots of sunshine!

The thing called the sun has made an appearance this afternoon. As a result, we have bumped highs up into the low 40’s for this afternoon.

THIS MORNING: The bus stop today will be similar to yesterday, with temperatures in the low 30’s. It should be dry for the kids and for you going into work.

REST OF TODAY: Cloud cover will remain for the most part today, and as a result, we will be a bit cooler than normal again. We hit 40° yesterday, and we will hit the upper 30’s to around 40° again today.

TONIGHT: Lows will drop into the mid 20’s under mainly cloudy skies.

WEDNESDAY: One last cool day before a warming trend will arrive. Highs will hit the mid to upper 30’s under mainly cloudy skies.

Temperatures are warming nicely here in the late morning hours. Numbers are approaching the upper 30’s in many places.

Expected highs may have to be bumped a degree or two this afternoon. Most places that have snow pack will continue to see slow melting not only today, but for the rest of the week.

THIS MORNING: Temperatures are in the low 30’s in most places, and should stay near that mark for the kids at the bus stop. There is a bit of a breeze, so it will feel like the mid 20’s.

REST OF TODAY: Pesky clouds will linger as another weak upper-level disturbance slides south towards Indiana. There may be a couple of flurries, otherwise we will see a cool day for the 1st of March. Highs will hit the upper 30’s.

TONIGHT: Lows will drop into the mid to upper 20’s, and it should be a pretty quiet night.

TUESDAY: Not much change to the weather pattern. Clouds and some scattered flurries. Temperatures will be a degree or two cooler.

Temperatures are near or above freezing in most places. Patchy ice from the freezing drizzle should be gone by afternoon.

THIS MORNING: Watch for some freezing drizzle until temperatures get above freezing.

TODAY: After a less than perfect start, temperatures should climb above freezing and keep any flurries or drizzle from freezing. However, it looks like the pesky moisture will linger and make for a kind of gloomy day. Highs should hit the mid 30’s.

MONDAY: Not much change in the weather pattern. There may be some flurries or snow showers in northern parts of the viewing area, otherwise, just cool again.

Some light drizzle is falling across the area this morning, and with temperatures at or below freezing, we have had some patches or ice form on some roadways. This will be a possibility for a few more hours until temperatures get above freezing for everyone.

Watch for some scattered snow showers to re-develop later today as another trough associated with the east coast storm will swing through the state. Hard to nail down new snows from this one, but some places could see an additional inch of snow this afternoon and tonight.

TODAY: The strong storm system in the NE will continue to have a bit of an impact on our weather today. We could see pockets of flurries and snow showers form again by afternoon and evening.

SNOWFALL POTENTIAL: Additional snow totals will be about 1″ or less in most places. Here is a map of the latest projections which includes the snow from last night.

THIS EVENING: There may be some flurries and snow showers around, so keep that in mind if you plan to head out.

SUNDAY: The Northeast Winter Storm will start to move out to sea, so it will take our lousy weather away slowly as well. We will see lingering clouds, maybe a flurry. Highs will hit the mid to upper 30’s.
