TODAY: After a cold front passed through quickly yesterday, we should see some nice weather today. An area of high pressure will scoot through the state quickly and shift our winds back to a mild southerly direction. This will allow our highs to get back to around 60°.

TONIGHT: Another quiet and mild night, as lows should only dip down into the low to mid 40’s.

THURSDAY: Don’t get too comfortable with the nice weather, because the next entry in the storm system parade arrives Thursday. This system looks to have a bit more of a kick to it than the one that passed through yesterday.

There is a slight risk of severe weather Thursday. Most of the threat right now appears to be in southern Indiana. With that said, rainfall totals look to be a bit higher with this next system.

FRIDAY: Cooler weather will arrive Friday. Highs will struggle to hit the low 50’s.

TONIGHT: Some clouds will creep back in tonight, but it should be dry, and mild. Lows will only dip into the low 40’s in most places.

TUESDAY: Another weather system will race into the state, and that will mean scattered showers and a few storms by the afternoon. As of now, it looks like the threat of severe weather will steer clear of us, but we will keep you posted. Highs will hit the lower 60’s.

WEDNESDAY: Weather will improve, and slightly cooler air will arrive again. Highs will hit the mid to upper 50’s.

Spotty sprinkles and light rain showers continue to fall around central Indiana. Flurries and snow showers are approaching the state line, and should move from SW to NE this morning and this afternoon. It looks more and more like any accumulations should be north of I-70, and should be under 1″, and mainly in grassy areas.
