The Wind Chill Advisory has been extended until 10:00 for most of the area, but has been dropped for Bloomington, Columbus, and Seymour.  The Wind Chill Warning for a few counties in eastern Indiana will remain until Noon.

REST OF TODAY: An area of high pressure will slide towards the state, and lighten up winds, so the wind chill values will improve this afternoon.  Temperatures will stay cold, but should manage to hit the mid to upper teens.

TUESDAY: Another storm system out of the southern Plains will race into the state.  With cold air still in place, ice could be a problem, especially north of Indianapolis, where a Winter Storm Watch has already been issued.
